Young Realty and Young's Apartments over the years.  Renovated in 1992 to give the "share the bath" establishment each it's own bathroom and to tear out layers of shag carpeting and linoleum flooring, dark paneling and suspended ceilings, the 6 unit building is now taken back to heart pine floors, beadboard walls and high ceilings.
